About Chris

 I LOVE Winston Salem! I tell clients all of the time that it’s just the right size—Not too big, but not too small!   I should know---I have lived here for over 40 years and can’t imagine living anywhere else. Over the years I have had the opportunity to fuel my passion of revitalizing houses in various neighborhoods, and enjoy sharing that expertise with clients. 

I have been in real estate with Leonard Ryden Burr for the last 15 years, but prior to that had a corporate position with Hanesbrands for 25 years.  At Hanesbrands I learned the value of good marketing and project management---both of which I have found to very helpful with my real estate business. I know what it takes to market your property to maximize your profits, and also know what it takes to manage a real estate transaction from start to finish. I consider myself to be very fortunate to be a part of Leonard Ryden Burr.  Even though my clients work directly me, they gain the knowledge and expertise of our entire team!
